An off the wall comedy by Bruce W. Gilray and Richard T. Witter. This classically styled 1940's murder-mystery is a delightful blend of motion picture trivia and characterizations of famous movie stars with the sharpest tongues this side of Hollywood and Vine.

Take ten nutty nuns of the Holy Order of the Sisters of San Andreas, stir in their invisible murderous leader, mix well with a mansion on a foreboding Island, then add a healthy dose of familiar lines, titles, facts and fiction to almost every morsel of delicious dialogue.  Who is committing the murders?  Who will be next? Who will out insult whom?

Two sci-fi comic book writers get caught up with an ET called Paul, who is escaping the Government he has been giving future technology to, hoping to help him go back home. Two average sci-fi geeks get caught up in the ultimate interplanetary adventure after picking up an extraterrestrial during a road trip to Area 51 and becoming the targets of a nationwide manhunt. Graeme (Simon Pegg) and Clive (Nick Frost) are two British sci-fi geeks on holiday in America.

From Todos Santos, take the road to the Otro Lado, follow the ocean road past Sol Mercado II.  

Several blocks (or hills) along, watch for a street sign on  your left "Calle Mango".  

We will have  a Teatro Luna Azul sign up.  Turn left here and follow Calle Mango to 

"Avenida de las Estrellas". Turn right and follow this road

until it curves to the right and you see another Luna Azul sign.

Turn right again, drive past the blue house and chili field on left. 

Parking is along the palm trees just before the gate.

Gloria Swanson and Alfred Hitchcock

Some Like It Hot is an American comedy, released in 1959, directed by Billy Wilder  starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon

The American Film Institute listed Some Like It Hot as the greatest American comedy film of all time.

Plot

Two struggling musicians, Joe and Jerry (Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon), witness a Chicago Gangster Massacre.   When the gangsters see them, the duo flee for their lives. They escape and decide to leave town, taking a job that requires them to disguise themselves as women, playing in an all-girl musical band that is on tour.

A travelling theater show promises the audience a journey to the "Imaginarium", an imaginary world commanded by the mind of Doctor Parnassus who claims to be one thousand years old.

Doctor Parnassus is played by Christopher Plummer; Heath Ledger (who died during the filming of this movie), Tom Waitts as the Devil. Guest appearance by Johnny Depp. Nominated for 2 Oscars.
