'And Then There Was Nun'

An off the wall comedy by Bruce W. Gilray and Richard T. Witter. This classically styled 1940's murder-mystery is a delightful blend of motion picture trivia and characterizations of famous movie stars with the sharpest tongues this side of Hollywood and Vine.

Take ten nutty nuns of the Holy Order of the Sisters of San Andreas, stir in their invisible murderous leader, mix well with a mansion on a foreboding Island, then add a healthy dose of familiar lines, titles, facts and fiction to almost every morsel of delicious dialogue.  Who is committing the murders?  Who will be next? Who will out insult whom?

New Theater Construction

For those who have not seen the construction of the new theater here are a few pictures.  The backstage area is coming along well. In mid December we built the pulido walls with earth and plaster in an natural ochre tone. The outside walls are brick and adobe with high arched windows. The side walls with more arches are poured in concrete with steel rebar. The round rock house behind the main stage will serve as the Wicked Witch of the West's Castle (in the Wizard of Oz production) is built with local stone. There are great acoustics inside!
